Anbe AI runs diabetes care programs as cohorts. You and your cohort could win exciting prizes when the cohort meets its goals. Next cohort starts on May 10, 2026.

2. Set your goals

You set your desired goals for weight, HbA1C, Time in Range (TIR), and HRV. A human doctor reviews your goals and makes any edit as required. Anbe ensures that you are not setting unrealistic goals that could harm your body and health.

3. Set your preferences

Set what you like, dislike. What you can practically eat on weekdays vs weekends. What you want to avoid. Where you can work out and what you could do.
