How It Works
Join a cohort
Anbe AI runs weight loss programs as cohorts. You and your cohort could win exciting prizes when the cohort meets its goals. Next cohort starts on May 10, 2026.
Set your goals
You set your desired goals for weight, HbA1C, Time in Range (TIR), and HRC. A human doctor reviews your goals and makes any edit as required. Anbe ensures that you are not setting unrealistic goals that could harm your body and health.
Set your preferences
Set what you like, dislike. What you can practically eat on weekdays vs weekends. What you want to avoid. Where you can work out and what you could do.
Set your plan
Build your weekly diet and workout plans. Or ask Anbe to create a custom plan for you. Or, take the popular plans shared by others and make any edits you want. Once you accept your plan, this becomes your blueprint to achieve your goal.
Rent a wearable
Weight loss is not just about what you eat. Your stress, your sleep, and your mental health – they all contribute to your weight. If you already own a wearable, then just connect them. If you need a wearable, you could buy or rent from Anbe Store and connect it so that you can track your progress and see the contributing factors.
